We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Marketing Coordinator on a contract basis to support regional marketing programs with a strong emphasis on data management, campaign execution, and operational support. This role plays a critical part in ensuring marketing activities run smoothly—from accurate data entry and lead processing to supporting communications and sponsorship activations.
This role is 100% remote, but candidates local to Houston, TX are preferred.
This is an execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working behind the scenes to drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain campaign, event, and lead data across systems
- Manage list imports and perform data cleansing to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support lead routing and follow-up processes in collaboration with sales teams
- Track campaign and event performance metrics and assist with reporting
- Ensure accurate attribution of leads and activities across campaigns
- Maintain data hygiene and ensure compliance with internal processes and privacy regulations
- Assist in building and scheduling campaigns and internal communications
- Support content updates for event pages, registration platforms, and internal communications
- Coordinate distribution of messaging across channels to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain consistency in messaging and branding across all assets
- Provide logistical and administrative support for sponsorship activations and field events
- Manage attendee lists, invitations, confirmations, and onsite check-in processes
- Coordinate event materials, vendor communications, and shipping logistics
- Assist with post-event follow-up, including data uploads and reporting
- Support field marketing managers with daily campaign and event execution
- Coordinate across marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment
- Track timelines, deliverables, and program milestones
- Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, and vendor invoice management
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, operations, events, or administrative support roles
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and data management
- Experience working with CRM or marketing automation tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting field marketing or event marketing programs
- Familiarity with sponsorship activations or event logistics
- Exposure to reporting and performance tracking tools
