This role will support regional marketing programs with a strong emphasis on data management, campaign execution, and operational support. This role plays a critical part in ensuring marketing activities run smoothly—from accurate data entry and lead processing to supporting communications and sponsorship activations. This is an execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working behind the scenes to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage lead uploads, list imports, and data cleansing to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Support lead routing and follow-up processes in collaboration with sales teams
  • Track campaign and event performance metrics and assist with reporting
  • Ensure proper attribution of leads and activities across campaigns
  • Maintain data hygiene and compliance with internal processes and privacy regulations
  • Assist in building and scheduling campaign communications (emails, invites, reminders, follow-ups)
  • Support updates for event pages, registration platforms, and internal communications
  • Coordinate distribution of messaging across channels
  • Provide logistical support for sponsorship activations and field events
  • Manage attendee lists, invitations, confirmations, and onsite check-in processes
  • Coordinate materials, vendor communications, and shipping for events
  • Support post-event follow-up, including data uploads and reporting
  • Assist field marketing managers with day-to-day campaign and event execution
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and program milestones
  • Support budget tracking, purchase orders, and vendor invoices

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, operations, events, or administrative support
  • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and management
  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Experience supporting events, field marketing, or sponsorship activations preferred
  • Familiarity with lead management and campaign reporting processes preferred
  • Experience in B2B or enterprise environments preferred
