We are seeking a Field Support Technician on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is onsite in New York City.
Responsibilities:
- Desktop support helping a wide range of end users
- Responding to tickets
- Maintaining office technology
- Front-facing customer service
Qualifications:
- 5 years+ of enterprise experience (2nd level support) with focus on customer service
- Systems/Software proficiencies: MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite
- Experience with Remote software tools, Lifecycle management
Skills:
- Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
- Backend office MS Office Support
- MS Intune
- Active Directory
- Remote management
- Incident Request Management
