**Position Overview:**

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to fill the dual role of Executive Assistant in Operations. This position will be responsible for providing crucial support to our Fiduciaries and will need to adapt and learn the ins and outs of a broad range of areas (insurance, finance, legal, medical etc). Experience with CRM - Project management and the ability to assist in building one is a huge plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, ability to learn quickly, confidence, and the ability to multitask effectively.


**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage tasks for clients and ability to take control and get it done.
  • Marshal Assets, develop an understanding of all assets within a client.
  • Organize Client Information and ensure proper safeguards are in place and appropriate.
  • Ability to track time and describe tasks in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed.
  • Generate a CRM for the company


**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in office or personal operations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and HR software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
