Job description
Core Responsibilities
- Client Communication
- Manage custodian alerts from Schwab
- Manage client paperwork flow between clients and custodian
- Run Client Reports for Advisor meetings
Qualifications/Skills
- Ideal person is a self starter with a sense of urgency to complete tasks with attention to details and communicate with clients in a timely manner
- Experience with Schwab‘s Advisor workstation is a big plus
- Proficiency with Docusign
- Preferences to candidates with previous financial planning software (Advyzon, Emoney)
