Job description

Our Client is a premier, full-service travel agency and consultancy specializing in the curation of bespoke itineraries that provide exceptional, once-in-a-lifetime experiences. We work with Luxury clients ; couples, families, multi-gen and also handle sales incentive groups, destination weddings, group cruises, and hosted group tours, managing every aspect of group travel arrangements. Our expertise is particularly strong in European destinations, where we collaborate closely with local partners across various countries. The Operations & Financial Associate serves as a key interface between our Travel Advisors, system providers, and financial platforms. This critical support role is responsible for the daily financial and operational management of the agency—including booking systems, website maintenance, and QuickBooks reconciliations—ensuring our advisors can focus on sales and sustainable growth.



Core Responsibilities

  1. Commission tracking, reconciliation in CRM & Quick-books and monthly payouts to Advisors & Partners
  2. Supplier payments & accuracy checks on invoicing utilizing key platforms we have established to wire funds around the world.
  3. Systems Focused: Maintain our CRM, called TESS, Website, email systems & IP phone system.
  4. Identify Operational inefficiencies and fix them.
  5. Manage reporting: monthly revenue, margins, and overall advisor performance.

Qualifications/Skills

  1. Experience handling international money flow with different currencies, wiring platforms and maintaining a positive cash flow.
  2. Extreme attention to Detail
  3. Process-driven thinker
  4. Comfortable speaking up when numbers don’t add-up, or when seeing something that could be optimized.
  5. Positive /Can Do Attitude with a drive to contribute: This position is the heartbeat of the agency and requires a very positive and solutions oriented person who wants to help/solve and provide assistance where it's requested as well as source out how things/processes can flow more efficiently. Previous Office/admin and financial mgmt experience is a must.
  6. Computer/Internet/GoogleDrive & Google suite, systems competency. Ability to access a variety of booking tools thru Internet browsers, access email, thru Outlook and record client information within the TravelAbundance CRM/Database. Quickbooks knowledge and experience is required. The ability to login and assign expenses into the correct categories and subcategories so we can do efficient bookkeeping. This role is not a Bookkeeper.
