About Us

Our firm serves first-generation high earners as their family's personal CFO, providing coordinated investment strategy, tax strategy, and financial planning, services. Launched in 2021 by a Harvard / McKinsey / Facebook alum, we are a fast-growing, independent, and 100% employee-owned.

Unlike most advisory firms serving retirees or ultra-wealthy families, our firm serves up-and-coming high-earners who are the first in their families to accumulate wealth at an accelerated pace, and are in their prime earning and family years. Our mission is rooted in "families serving families"—we understand the challenges and opportunities families face because we’re living them, too.

We bundle three core pillars into a single offering, acting as a family’s personal CFO and trusted partner:

  1. Investment Management: Help families build a personalized investment allocation for their specific "use by" dates for the money, that is low-cost and tax-efficient, and proactively manage their investments day-to-day.
  2. Tax Strategy: Proactively navigating the complex tax code to maximize relevant savings for each family, and coordinate investment and tax strategies.
  3. Financial Planning: Help families define their priorities, track their progress towards their goals, build cash flow and net worth projections, prioritize how to make the most of savings, and optimize decisions on insurance, estate planning, debt, employee benefits, college savings, and charitable giving.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience in corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or data analysis.
  2. Advanced Excel skills.
  3. Bachelor’s degree, ideally in STEM.
  4. Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  5. An interest in personal finance (e.g., FIRE movement, tax strategy, equity compensation, and holistic financial planning)
  6. Family-focused and aligned with our mission

  2. Work-Life Balance: Open PTO, flexible hours, no-meeting Thursdays, fun quarterly team offsites, bi-weekly “lunch and learns”, and generous parental leave
  3. Family Support: 529 matching contributions for educational savings plans; annual complimentary financial analysis

Job Responsibilities:
