The Mom Project is excited to partner with Grainger in their search for a Fleet Program Lead. This role is 100% remote.

Position Details:
As a Fleet Program Lead, you will run enterprise-wide procurement program(s) (i.e. fleet, travel, credit card, driver reimbursement, temporary labor). You will drive strategies to achieve departmental goals including establishing the best-in-class indirect procurement programs and policies, nurturing advantageous supplier relationships, and optimizing cost and internal Grainger customer experience. You will report to the Corporate Programs Manager, Indirect Procurement.
Compensation:
- Eligibility for an annual MIP bonus
- The range provided is a guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Other factors that are involved in offer decisions include, and are not limited to: a candidate's experience, qualifications, geographical area, and internal equity of the team.
You Will:
- Manage all aspects of aligned program(s), including the following:
- Identify opportunities to enhance and improve programs to be best in class
- Point of contact for indirect procurement programs to suppliers, nurturing advantageous relationships, and optimizing supplier value and mix
- Facilitate regular business reviews and update meetings with aligned suppliers
- Coordinate with internal partners and leaders at all levels of the organization (Manager to EVP) to enhance and improve program and policies
- Identify KPI and associated measurements to measure the success of the programs or progress toward functional objectives
- Analyze and report trends and benchmarks in the marketplace and support the category management team with relevant market research
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve the procurement process, add value, or reduce the cost of programs while maintaining or enhancing the internal customer experience
- Train partners on systems, platforms, and procedures related to programs
- Experience creating program materials, including training and educational documents, and presenting
- Participate in category management reviews and RFPs to ensure preferred supplier alignment and cost
You Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- 1+ years of relevant program management experience in indirect procurement programs such as fleet management, driver reimbursement, travel, purchasing cards, and temporary labor
- Experience managing multiple internal partner requests and prioritizing based on risk mitigation
- Experience developing business relationships and promoting collaboration with internal and external partners
