We are looking for a contract Marketing Operations Coordinator to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.


Responsibilities:

  • Help with all aspects of the marketing teams day-to-day managerial tasks, beginning with support on team finances, asset ticket and hospitality management, team off-site planning, building tools to help communicate to the system asset opportunities, and projects on an as-needed basis.
  • Support EPICS/FLM team with finance process including opening PO’s, closing PO’s, assisting with budget management and year-end close on DME.
  • Support EPICS/FLM team with inventory management for all contractual asset inventory. Includes organizing inventory and working with KO Tickets team to make tickets, hospitality, and autographed merch available to the system.
  • Develop and organize process to better showcase asset opportunities to the system. Includes compiling lists of exclusive retail partners by channel and category rights per asset contract.?
  • Support in developing FLM/EPICS team directory to showcase team members, assigned customers, bottlers, and asset partners.

Required Experience and Skills
  • Strong background in time management
  • Proven record of accomplishment of achieving sustainable results
  • Strong Background in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely is essential
