Job description
Market Pull https://www.marketpull.com/ is a boutique GTM consulting firm partnering with some of the fastest-growing Seed–Series B startups, including multiple YC-backed companies.
We work hands - on with both early-stage founders that are trying to get to their first $1M in revenue, as well as later stage sales teams that need additional coaching and training.
We have been around for 3 years and are excited to grow our team! This role is our first key hire. The role will start on a part time basis but if you excel the opportunity exists to not only come on full time but own part of the business.
We are looking for someone to act as the operational backbone and execution partner to the founder across:
1. operations
2. growth and pipeline support
3. content coordination
4. systems building and improvement.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, clear communicator who is proactive and has a growth mindset.
Although experience in tech startups, content creation / branding, and sales, is a huge plus, we've seen folks from education and recruiting excel in this type of role.
At the end of the day, even though experience is important, we believe that everyone can learn if they're coachable, hungry, and willing to put in the work. Just show us that's you! :)

I will work closely with you to make sure you have the resources you need but I need you to own projects from day one, put in the work, and clearly communicate with me.
What You’ll Own:
Growth & Pipeline Support (Core to the Role):
- Support founder-led outreach using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Notion
- Craft thoughtful outreach messages and follow-ups (email + LinkedIn)
- Track founders, operators, investors, events, and conversations worth engaging
- Maintain relationship intelligence and light-touch follow-up workflows
Operations & Founder Support:
- Manage inbox and calendar with precision and follow-through
- Maintain Notion accuracy and organization
- Send invoices and support client administration
- Support recruiting workflows as needed (posting roles, tracking candidates, scheduling interviews)
Content & Brand Coordination: This will be the work on day 1.
- Build and maintain a content calendar and posting cadence
- Organize content ideas, drafts, and themes
- Assist with deck creation and iteration (Gamma / Canva)
- Edit short-form video content using Descript
- Make light updates to the MarketPull website as needed
Podcast (Launching Soon):
- Coordinate guest outreach and scheduling
- Manage episode uploads and timelines
- Handle light editing or coordinate with outsourced editors
Systems & Process:
- Create simple internal systems and documentation
- Set up lightweight workflow automations (e.g., DocuSign → Slack)
- Maintain clean, usable, well-structured internal workspaces

- You are not a self-starter, willing to go out and learn new tools and own processes end to end
