Job description
Our client is a NYC-based real estate developer, located in the Midtown area, building a number of suburban projects seeking to add a fractional CFO to their team!
Mid-town location 7th Ave & 38th Street. Principals have been developing for-sale housing, multifamily and town-home properties in the NY metro area for 30+ years. The firm has a reputation for building quality projects catering to the middle market.
Candidate must be a CPA with:
- Prior real estate construction experience
- Use of the industry standard G703 requisition form preferred
- Ability to advise on G/L systems
- Setting up books/records
- Oversight of monthly activity are the key activities.
Requirements/Skills:
- BA/BS in business, finance, law, real estate, or related area of study
- 7+ years experience in accounting, real estate, or related field
- Curiosity and creativity, with a drive to solve problems, improve and simplify designs, systems, and processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, responsive and timely communicator with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Excel and MS Office skills required.
