Job description

Our client is a modest fashion marketplace for women who don't want to sacrifice on style in order to remain true to their values. They are looking for a Growth Marketer to join their team.

This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate has multiple years working as a marketing manager in fashion & or marketplace.

Core responsibilities

  1. Plan all digital marketing, including email, promotions, SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media, PPC and display advertising campaigns
  2. Build out of yearly and monthly marketing calendars to be distributed to all marketing partners including paid ads agency & social media manager
  3. EXECUTE all email marketing and customer retention/loyalty strategies.
  4. Execution of all influencer and UGC partnerships
  5. Manage Social Media Team (no execution)
  6. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  7. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  8. Plan, execute, and measure experiments, conversion tests, and growth strategies
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  10. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Qualifications/Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  2. 4+ years experience in digital marketing and advertising
  3. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  4. Highly experienced in email marketing execution with proven results
  5. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, and with A/B and multivariate experiments
  6. Working knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
