We are looking for a Franchise Project Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is onsite in Atlanta, GA.
Reponsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with each program participant.
- Designing and implementing appropriate development and exploration activities
- Completing pre- and post-experience testing evaluations and reports in timely fashion
- Maintaining standards of excellence for all programs ensuring high-quality implementation.
- Ongoing program development and innovation using a comprehensive
- Assisting with the development of sustainable strategic partnerships
- Collaborating with development
- Ensuring programs operate in compliance with funding sources so that intended results are achieved
- Meeting the quantitative program growth goals
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working in large, complex, global organizations is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects within global enterprises.
- Detail-oriented, comfortable working with senior stakeholders, and able to anticipate needs and keep work moving forward.
- Can be early career, but must demonstrate strong executive presence and professionalism.
- Proven track record of managing multiple, fast-moving, and dynamic projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are critical.
- Ability to draft executive-ready decks, timelines, and materials independently.
- Can quickly adapt, think on their feet, and operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Proactive mindset—someone who identifies risks early and drives momentum with minimal oversight.
- Experience in Learning & Development or Talent is a bonus but not required.
