Franchise Project Manager (Atlanta, GA)

Our Customer is an American multinational beverage corporation headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. We are looking for a Franchise Project Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is onsite in Atlanta, GA.

Reponsibilities:

• Building and maintaining relationships with each program participant.
• Designing and implementing appropriate development and exploration activities
• Completing pre- and post-experience testing evaluations and reports in timely fashion
• Maintaining standards of excellence for all programs ensuring high-quality implementation.
• Ongoing program development and innovation using a comprehensive
• Assisting with the development of sustainable strategic partnerships
• Collaborating with development
• Ensuring programs operate in compliance with funding sources so that intended results are achieved
• Meeting the quantitative program growth goals

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience working in large, complex, global organizations is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects within global enterprises.
• Detail-oriented, comfortable working with senior stakeholders, and able to anticipate needs and keep work moving forward.
• Can be early career, but must demonstrate strong executive presence and professionalism.
• Proven track record of managing multiple, fast-moving, and dynamic projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are critical.
• Ability to draft executive-ready decks, timelines, and materials independently.
• Can quickly adapt, think on their feet, and operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Proactive mindset—someone who identifies risks early and drives momentum with minimal oversight.
• Experience in Learning & Development or Talent is a bonus but not required.
