We are seeking an Franchise Sales Operations Specialist on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. Candidates near Phoenix may work in-office, but remote U.S. applicants are also welcome.
This role supports an Enterprise Franchise Sales team by driving revenue-generating activities, accelerating deal progress, and ensuring a seamless experience for franchise partners. The position requires strong coordination, communication, and operational execution to help move opportunities through the pipeline and support ongoing sales cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Support revenue growth by helping close outstanding franchise opportunities and advance deals through the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with Sales, Onboarding, and cross-functional partners to ensure timely contract completion and activation progress.
- Manage day-to-day franchise communications, follow-ups, and status reporting to maintain internal visibility.
- Assist in sales enablement tasks, including updating work orders in Salesforce and tracking performance metrics.
- Conduct store and partner audits to uncover re-engagement or expansion opportunities.
- Document learnings, workflow updates, and process improvements to enhance team efficiency and scalability.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in sales support, account management, or business operations within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
- Experience supporting pipeline activities and working with CRM systems; Salesforce familiarity is a plus.
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and execute independently.
- Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Adaptable, resourceful, results-driven, and comfortable working in ambiguous, high-growth settings.
