Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist and Studio Manager with Executive Management skills (Part-Time)

Location: Midtown, New York City

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time to full-time Front Desk Admin/Studio Manager to be the face of our studio during the morning hours.


The core responsibilities include:

· Interfacing with clients, staff, and apprentices, and ensuring all visitors are greeted with warmth and professionalism.

· On the spot troubleshooting and problem-solving to guarantee clients have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

· Managing daily schedules for all instructors, handling bookings, check-in's, cancellations, rescheduling, payment processing, memberships, efficiently.

· Answering calls, responding to emails/communications, greeting visitors, and maintaining clear communication between clients, staff, and instructors.

· Overseeing studio tasks, ordering supplies, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Complete multiple tasks in timely manner and work well under pressure.

· Assisting with marketing and business development initiatives, social media accounts and website content. Work with sales and client retention and tracking tools.

Requirements:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.

· Interest in fitness and a drive to be part of a learning environment.

· Have a working understanding of marketing, sales, business development, and social media.

· Knowledge of productivity, design tools is a plus (word, excel or pages, canva etc)

· Eagerness to take on multiple roles and grow within the studio.
