Job description
- Exciting Maternityship/Temporary opportunity in a quickly growing Direct to Consumer home brand.
- Fulfillment Operations Manager
- Full Time, W2
- $45-50/hour
- February-August 2026
- 100% Remote
E-commerce Platform & Systems Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Shopify platform and associated systems (inventory management, etc.)
Warehouse Oversight & Product Fulfillment:
- Ensure efficient and timely order processing and shipment across all three of the company's 3PLs (Third Party Logistics Centers)
- Work with the warehouse and distribution teams to maintain inventory levels: plan inbound containers, verify receipts, monitor inventory levels daily, and support outbound operations
- Address urgent issues like backorders and warehouse escalations
- Perform rigorous daily workflows to ensure all inventory levels are inline; discrepancies are identified and resolved
- Coordinate with customer service to manage returns, exchanges, and other exception handling in an expedient manner
Business Process Improvement and Strategy:
- Identify inefficiencies in the current operational processes and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve smoother operations and increase profitability
- Implement new capabilities needed at Lola during your tenure here
Financial Management
- Monitor financial metrics against goals
- Review and verify invoices
Must have strong experience in E-Commerce, Direct to Consumer (DTC) and owning the logistics and fulfillment operation process.
