Core Responsibilities
- Process weekly AP
- Update bank activity across multiple entities
- Post manual checks and auto payments
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations
- Ad hoc requests
Qualifications/Skills
- Real estate accounting experience
- Experience using QBO,RAMP; comfortable learning new software
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize work items assigned
- Forward thinking and enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service to clients
