Core Responsibilities

Process weekly AP
Update bank activity across multiple entities
Post manual checks and auto payments
Complete monthly bank reconciliations
Ad hoc requests

Qualifications/Skills

Real estate accounting experience
Experience using QBO,RAMP; comfortable learning new software
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize work items assigned
Forward thinking and enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service to clients
