Full-Stack Developer (100% Remote)

A partner of The Mom Project in the automotive industry is seeking a contract Entry-Level Full-Stack Developer to help support their business needs.

This role will contribute across the stack—from fine-tuning user experiences to enabling seamless system integrations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on technical environment, enjoys solving practical problems, and values clear written communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Implement incremental UX/UI improvements across internal applications
• Support backend development, including system integrations and database connectivity
• Configure and troubleshoot Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using centralized identity systems
• Write and optimize SQL queries to enable data sharing across systems
• Deploy and configure off-the-shelf applications within a corporate IT environment
• Debug and test applications locally using real-world scenarios
• Perform integration testing to ensure stable and reliable production releases
• Identify and document requirement gaps, edge cases, and technical considerations
• Collaborate with product, design, and IT teams to support development and deployment efforts

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience navigating large codebases using tools such as GitHub and Sourcegraph
• Hands-on experience developing applications or user interfaces through projects, internships, or coursework
• Familiarity with full-stack development using React, Go, Node.js, Python, and SQL
• Experience deploying applications in a corporate or enterprise environment
• Understanding of centralized authentication systems and MFA implementations
• Ability to debug applications and manage local development workflows
• Experience performing integration testing prior to deployment
• Strong written communication and organizational skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to document requirements and clarify uncertainties

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, or Retool
• Basic knowledge of enterprise identity protocols such as SAML or OAuth2

Hours and Location:

• M-F, 40 hours/week
• 100% remote
