Role Details

$30-$35/hr - commensurate with experience
100% Remote
~20 hrs/wk

We are looking for someone with some experience in private funds operations. We operate primarily as an independent sponsor for growth equity & venture investments meaning that we set up SPVs for individual deals, set up structures and then call capital for those. We use an outsource fund administrator, but we need someone who can help us with a flexible schedule.

We are a small team of 3 and can be very flexible with hours. We plan to launch a private debt strategy with monthly cash flows & oversight of our funds administrator, and then a quarterly 'crunch' to get our venture / growth deals closed.

We are based out of Las Vegas, but this job can be essentially entirely remote.
