General Manager

Business Execution & Operating Rhythm

  • Partner closely with the founder to own execution of company goals and growth priori:es.
  • Act as the day-to-day execution lead, ensuring alignment across brand, sales, operations, and
  • finance.
  • Drive the operating cadence of the business, including weekly priorities, progress tracking, and
  • follow-through.
  • Support quarterly planning and performance reviews to ensure focus on the right initiatives.

Go-to-Market & Revenue Support

  • Execute and support sales initiatives across direct-to-consumer, wholesale, retail, and café channels.
  • Monitor channel performance and surface insights, risks, and opportunities for adjustment.

Marketing, Brand & Consumer Insight

  • Collaborate with the founder on brand execution and storytelling initiatives.
  • Support consumer research, feedback loops, and insights to inform marketing and product
  • decisions.
  • Manage relationships with agency and creative partners to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution.

Operations & Financial Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations including supply chain coordination, logistics, inventory, fulfillment, and customer experience.
  • P&L Ownership- support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking in partnership with the founder and external partners.
  • Help implement operational systems and processes that improve efficiency and prepare the business for scale.

Team Coordination & Accountability

  • Coordinate a small group of contractors, partners, and vendors.
  • Establish clear priorities, roles, and expectations across contributors.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Founder Partnership

  • Serve as a close execution partner to the founder, helping translate ideas into action.
  • Surface operational challenges, risks, and recommendations proactively.
  • Take ownership of day-to-day execution to allow the founder to focus on vision, strategy, and high impact partnerships.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Experience in operations, general management, or cross-functional leadership within a consumer brand.
  • Owned and managed a P&L previously
  • Brand management background and expertise
  • Familiarity with EOS operating system (https://www.eosworldwide.com/)
  • Obsessed with project management and execution
  • Thrives in early-stage environments where leaders are expected to be hands-on.
  • Interested in growing into broader leadership responsibility over time.
  • Appreciation for culturally rooted brands and disciplined brand building.
