Generative AI Creative Producer - Hybrid – Burbank or San Francisco | Boston

Our customer is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates and distributes a large portfolio of content and brands across television, film, and streaming and is available in over 200 countries and territories and over 45 languages. Headquartered in New York, NY with more than 30 office locations in the United States.

We are seeking a Generative AI Creative Producer on a 6-month contract basis to support their business needs. This hybrid role is based in Burbank, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Boston, MA, with 3 days onsite per week. Remote candidates may be considered for an exceptional fit.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-volume GenAI-powered short-form video and static ad creatives for mobile game user acquisition campaigns.
• Develop and optimize creative using Runway and other AI tools, iterating based on performance metrics (CTR, CPI, IPM, ROAS).
• Build and maintain reusable prompt libraries, creative frameworks, and scalable AI workflows.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Creative Services, and cross-functional teams to translate briefs into high-performing creative assets.
• Manage asset organization, version control, and handoff-ready deliverables while ensuring brand consistency and responsible AI use.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of creative production/post-production experience (After Effects, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar).
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Generative AI creative tools (Runway preferred; Sora or similar a plus).
• Experience creating performance marketing or user acquisition creative, ideally for mobile gaming.
• Strong prompt engineering skills with the ability to build scalable, reusable AI workflows.
• Portfolio demonstrating AI-generated video and image content integrated into successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent collaboration, organization, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume creative environment.
