  • Maintain communication with all project stakeholders to ensure inter-departmental alignment, optimization of resources, smooth handoffs, and project consistency.
  • Liaise with the creative resource manager and functional leads to resource projects through a project management tool, Workfront. Manage and monitor progress, handoffs, and deliverable status leveraging the tool.
  • Ensure overall project/program quality, and look for ways to streamline processes and increase overall efficiency.
  • Audit projects once completed, conduct post-mortem meetings, determine improvements, and implement process changes in collaboration with the PMO team.
  • Identify issues and risks and remove roadblocks to keep projects on track.
  • Be an effective team member and build positive, collaborative relationships across teams and departments.
  • Help continually refine the current global project management framework, including tools and processes in partnership with the PMO team.
