We are seeking a Global Go-To-Market Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid in the Bay Area.


As the Global Go-To-Market Manager for Audio, you will play a central role in driving successful product launches, sustaining the success of existing products, and ensuring strong alignment between the Business Group and regional markets. You will oversee category management and regional marketing execution activities to drive financial growth and operational efficiency. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, collaborative skills, and hands-on execution to deliver impactful business outcomes.


You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, marketing, sales, finance, and external media agencies, to ensure cohesive and effective go-to-market strategies.



Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary connection point between the Business Group and regional markets to align priorities and ensure effective communication and execution
  • Monitor category financial performance and provide insights to support performance improvements and long-term planning
  • Collaborate with regional teams to analyze sales forecasts, assess market trends, and recommend data-driven growth actions
  • Partner with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) teams to align category forecasts and inventory strategies with business objectives
  • Lead planning for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), including fiscal year commercial strategy and regional targets
  • Lead end-to-end commercial execution of New Product Introductions (NPIs) by coordinating cross-functional teams to meet launch timelines and milestones
  • Develop and execute regional go-to-market plans for global product launches, tailoring strategies to maximize local relevance and impact
  • Partner with marketing teams and media agencies to deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned with product and consumer goals
  • Manage central marketing execution budgets and drive efficient allocation across markets and campaigns
  • Track and analyze performance metrics for NPIs and marketing campaigns to optimize effectiveness, ROI, and business outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional internal teams, including Business, Marketing, Product Development, and Sales
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders such as media agencies and distributors to support execution
  • Provide regional teams with tools, insights, and resources to enable effective plan execution
  • Represent regional market perspectives within the Business Group while balancing global strategy alignment


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in go-to-market strategy development and execution for technology products in international markets
  • Strong knowledge of marketing frameworks, sales enablement, and channel development
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs and operating between headquarters and regional markets
  • Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify market opportunities, and drive growth initiatives
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and resolve conflicts
  • Strong presentation and storytelling capabilities for internal and external audiences
  • Fluency in English with comfort working in multicultural and multifunctional environments

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Relevant industry experience in lieu of an advanced degree
