We are seeking a Global Marketing Associate on a contract basis to help support their business needs. As a Global Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for executing tactical marketing tasks and administrative tasks in support of the marketing activities. You will be part of the global marketing team for the company and will be working closely with the international business teams. This role is onsite in Pleasanton, CA.
What You’ll Do:
- Organize approved promotional content in the Content Management System (Veeva)
- Drive the Promotional Content Approval Process (PCAP) workflows for new or updated marketing collaterals
- Draft and post affiliate marketing notifications
- Create and maintain internal Google Sites
- Own the project management of the marketing initiatives with creative agencies (create POs, SOWs, MyBuy, negotiations, follow up on projects and invoices)
- Perform website updates (coordinate with the internal creative agency or with the digital marketing team)
- Send the “Save the date” for affiliate training invites and organize internal logistics for internal virtual training
- Support the planning for global conferences (coordinate with Global Conferences and Events group the marketing collaterals for Showpad, PCAP for registration emails, set up booth duty, help with logistics)
- Plan, track, and update M&D budget (AMP tool/SmartSheet)
Must Haves:
- 1+ years of relevant work experience required
- Ability to create documentation that is complete, consistent, and accurate
- Ability to plan project components, manage projects, and effectively report status to stakeholders
- Proficiency in the Google Suite of collaborative tools (gDoc, gSheet, gSlide, gCalendar, Gmail) including creation and management of G sites
- Ability to deliver visually compelling work (graphic design aptitudes)
- Proficiency with Document Management Systems and Sales Enablement Platforms such as Veeva Vault and Showpad
- Excellent collaboration, teamwork skills and organizational skills
- Strong verbal communication skills and excellent writing skills (English)
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or administrative education
Hours & Location:
- M-F, 20 hours/week. This role will be onsite in Pleasanton, CA.
