The Mom Project is excited to partner with Regal Rexnord in their search for a Global Marketing Communications Specialist. This role is 100% remote within the Eastern and Central Standard time zones.

The Global Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for building brand awareness, generating preference and demand for the Kollmorgen portfolio of motion systems, acquiring new customers, and maximizing customer loyalty and lifetime value in support of Kollmorgen’s goals. The Global Marketing Communications Specialist will build and execute a calendar of activities (including, but not limited to integrated campaigns, webinars, content development, and landing page development) that aligns with the overarching marketing communications strategy for the Kollmorgen portfolio. This role will also support the management of Act-On, our marketing automation platform. The Global Marketing Communications Specialist will work in close partnership with global marketing peers, product marketing, sales teams, and external agencies to plan, execute, analyze, and optimize each event and related communications program.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive execution of a global customer engagement strategy that delivers on corporate goals for brand awareness, demand generation, new customer acquisition, ensuring existing customer loyalty, and maximizing customer lifetime value.
  • Support the regional marcomm and sales leads, product and vertical marketing managers, and creative agency partners in the creation of campaigns, messaging, content, and sales and distributor training and enablement tools.
  • Create, and ensure day-to-day coordination and execution of, marketing communications calendars across all traditional and digital channels – including, webinars, website, email, social media, and sales and distribution enablement and training. Ensure that calendars prioritize focus on strategic segments, products, and other key corporate and regional initiatives.
  • Developing and overseeing the execution of a social media strategy for LinkedIn to support Kollmorgen's platform growth strategy.
  • Track and analyze the performance of individual activities, reporting results to key stakeholders and identifying and driving opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Drive consistent global execution of standard processes and marketing best practices.
  • Serve as an internal thought leader in marketing best practices. Lead sharing and adoption of best practices globally.
  • Serve as an active participant in the creation of global Kollmorgen marketing communications strategies.
  • Ensure consistent execution of Kollmorgen’s brand identity, ensuring global conformance to brand standards and guidelines.
  • Leverage Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) tools working closely with regional marcomm and sales teams to track performance, identify issues, and define appropriate countermeasures and other actions to drive ongoing performance of marcomm programs. (RBS tools: Visual Daily Management (VDM) metrics, Kaizen, Problem Solving Process (PSP) among others)
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports within the Act-On marketing automation platform or in Excel to track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience successfully managing marketing or marketing communications programs for B2B or B2C
  • Attention to detail and ability to proof own work and others to ensure accuracy
  • Capacity to accomplish tasks independently with minimal guidance, following only overarching instructions, and adhering to deadlines
  • Eagerness to take the lead in propelling data-driven change for continuous improvement
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and readiness to conduct own research to find solutions and answers
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage marketing communications fundamentals to achieve desired results
  • Fundamentals include but are not limited to, marketing plans, personas, communications calendars, creative briefs, campaign plans, call center scripts, and standard KPIs for measuring campaign performance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – to both external and internal customers
  • Proven ability to build and manage project plans to committed deadlines, using standard project management tools and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Track record of execution excellence
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to drive results through effective management of cross-functional partners & teams without formal authority
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Experience with B2B digital marketing platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Act-On, Marketo, Pardo, Eloqua), and other 1:1 marketing tools
  • Proficiency in working with Microsoft suite of applications
  • Experience developing automated email program logic, list building, segmentation, and A/B testing and analytics in a marketing automation platform
  • Ability to understand email deliverability best practices and optimization tactics
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Experience using the latest A.I. platforms to assist in content generation preferred
  • Adobe Photoshop skills preferred
  • Microsoft Power BI experience preferred
  • Experience working within a multicultural, global environment preferred
  • Direct business-to-business marketing experience, particularly in industrial manufacturing for robotics, medical, food & beverage, packaging, aerospace, defense, and factory automation industries preferred

  • The Global Marketing Communication Specialist will report directly to the Manager of Global Marketing
