Job description

We are seeking a Global Marketing Data & Business Performance Consultant on a contract basis who will support the Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.


NOTE: Candidates must have their own laptops, the customer is not providing laptops to contractors at this time



Responsibilities:

  • Leading relationships with current data suppliers, partnering with Operating Unit and Global Platform Services teams, guaranteeing optimal service delivery and its enhancement
  • Collaboration with teammates and stakeholders to assess data quality, partnership performance, new data suppliers, and support current or future initiatives
  • Aligning with Latin America Operating Unit and strategic data partners with global team objectives, roadmap, and data product enhancements
  • Leading the implementation and enterprise-wide rollout of key data products across measurement capabilities
  • Piloting new approaches, products and innovation to push data partners and system reimagining how performance measurement data is collected and utilized to drive insights
  • Driving awareness and adoption of the new retail measurement data product, Marketplace Performance Measurement “MPM” 2.0 with operating unit & bottling system. Facilitate data product change request based on Latin America business needs, while also acting as an integrator to influence changes to the global data product.
  • Contributing to global agreement negotiations for the largest data partners
  • Management of Latin America Operating Unit data budget, subscriptions, and POs working with OU Procurement & Finance to ensure financial process adherence

Qualifications

  • Bilingual Spanish and English speaking is REQUIRED.
  • Basic knowledge of data such as Retail Measurement (e.g., Nielsen), Household Panel (e.g., Kantar)
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, stakeholders, and agency partners such as Nielsen and Premise.
  • Experience developing relationships and influencing others to drive growth
  • A leadership mindset
  • Ability to work in an agile environment managing project changes, assessing requests, impacts, and implementation.
  • Exceptional organizational skills demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to understand and communicate the larger picture, tell data driven stories to a variety of seniority levels. Ability to lead & influence multiple stakeholders and handle conflicting priorities.
