Job description

Our customer is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates and distributes a large portfolio of content and brands across television, film, and streaming and is available in over 200 countries and territories and over 45 languages. Headquartered in New York, NY with more than 30 office locations in the United States.


We are seeking a Global Promotions and Brand Product Associate on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Burbank, CA.


This role is to provide high-level tactical support by assisting with a large volume (30+), wide portfolio of projects; tracking sales data; maintaining promotional materials and guidelines; managing samples inventory; heavy meeting scheduling and agenda management; maintaining databases; preparing reports; owning social support process; heavy internal and external communications and information sharing.



Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new business opportunities through outbound email outreach
  • Customize and support pitch materials and presentations
  • Research and respond to licensee inquiries and requests
  • Maintain calendars, trackers, and weekly reporting tools
  • Coordinate meeting scheduling and manage agendas
  • Support PR, social, and newsletter request intake and tracking
  • Collect product samples and manage related requests
  • Update and communicate brand and licensing guidelines
  • Create and process deal point memos and related documentation
  • Support the execution of global promotion programs under leadership guidance
  • Collect and manage forecasts, accruals, and royalty statements
  • Onboard new licensees and support partnership setup
  • Manage NDAs and coordinate event/trade show invitations
  • Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in consumer products, licensing, promotions, or partnerships
  • Experience in the entertainment industry preferred
  • Basic knowledge of licensing and marketing/promotions industries
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads (30+ projects) and meet deadlines
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tools such as Airtable or Monday.com
  • Self-starter with a coachable and adaptable mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Photoshop and/or Illustrator
