Launched on May 5, 2003, the platform is primarily used for professional networking and career development.


We are seeking a Go-To-Market Associate on a contract basis to help support our customer's business needs. This role is a hybrid setup (2+ days onsite/week, Tuesdays required) in NYC.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute established social media strategy with a twice-weekly posting schedule to maintain brand presence and engagement.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to ensure timely content creation, review, and optimization.
  • Manage daily community engagement, including response protocols and relationship building across B2B channels.
  • Support major research launch campaigns by transforming research insights into social-friendly formats and developing launch-specific content calendars.
  • Track engagement metrics, reach, and performance across all social channels with monthly reporting.
  • Maintain content variety across formats (static, video, carousel, articles) using the Sprinklr platform.
  • Coordinate campaign operations across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Ensure brand voice consistency and adherence to quality standards across all content.
  • Document processes and prepare comprehensive handoff materials for returning team members.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 2-5+ years of experience managing B2B social media accounts
  • 2+ years of experience with social media management platforms (Sprinklr preferred).
  • Proven track record of growing engagement and reach on professional platforms.


Preferred:

  • Experience in B2B marketing or thought leadership content.
  • Background in research publication or thought leadership promotion.
  • Familiarity with professional services or consulting industries.
  • Experience coordinating and optimizing video content.
  • Advanced knowledge of social media analytics and optimization techniques.
  • Agency coordination experience with vendor management protocols.
  • Experience with content calendar management and multi-format content creation.
  • Strong background in digital marketing campaign execution across multiple channels.
  • Proficiency in analytics and performance measurement to optimize campaigns.
  • Strong project management and deadline management skills.
  • Excellent copywriting and written communication skills.
  • Community management experience in technical or specialized fields.
