We are an AI-native trust company that helps young families get their will, trust and guardianship set up properly and kept up to date. Moms are usually the ones carrying this on their to-do list, so we want a mom leading how we show up in mom communities.

Core Responsibilities

• Be the trusted voice in mom communities: local parent groups, school parent networks, mom founder/VC circles, and parent employee resource groups
• Host small-format events: estate-planning 101 sessions, coffee chats, and workshops with partner communities and employers
• Build relationships with mom creators and community leaders who can introduce Veros to their networks
• Personally work warm leads from first conversation to booked consultation to signed trust
• Create plain-language education content (posts, guides, checklists) on guardianship, wills and trusts
• Keep all outreach education-first and compliant; we’re a trust company in licensing, so how we show up matters as much as how often
• Track what works (intros, events, consultations, families served) and bring customer insight back to the product team

Qualifications/Skills

• You’re a mom who’s active in parent communities, online or local, and you know where the real conversations happen
• 3+ years in sales, community building, partnerships, or marketing, with a track record of personally bringing in customers
• Comfortable opening sensitive conversations (money, guardianship, “what if”) with warmth and tact
• Clear writer who can make an intimidating topic feel simple
• Self-directed and organized; comfortable running a CRM and basic tools without an ops team
• Bonus: background in financial services, insurance, legal, or another trust-sensitive category
