Their core products include advanced firewalls and cloud-based offerings that extend those firewalls to cover other aspects of security. We are seeking a Enterprise GTM Strategy & Operations Lead on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role will be hybrid in Santa Clara, CA.


This role focuses on enhancing the integrity of contractual frameworks, ensuring that the largest customers receive a seamless, automated experience that aligns their actual asset usage with their contractual entitlements. You will lead the transition toward a system-led governance model that provides real-time visibility into complex agreements while building the foundational infrastructure for future growth.


The primary focus is moving from manual oversight toward a scalable, automated system architecture. This ensures high-velocity business operations and eliminates friction in the customer lifecycle.



Responsibilities:

  • Architect the transition from manual tracking processes to automated systems that validate hardware and software entitlements in real time
  • Develop automated workflows to support complex, multi-year agreements, including estate transitions and milestone-based commitments
  • Operationalize self-service digital portals to support asset refresh workflows and temporary inventory adjustments
  • Enhance enterprise dashboards to provide Sales teams and customers with proactive, data-driven visibility into entitlement status
  • Formalize governance frameworks for asset management, including exception handling workflows and temporary usage protocols
  • Define and manage high-priority data synchronization workflows to ensure alignment between internal systems and customer-facing platforms
  • Support high-value accounts by streamlining complex deal structures and improving operational efficiency
  • Maintain centralized reporting, analytics, and automated audit trails for global contract visibility
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to align operational standards and drive global consistency
  • Lead communication strategies and rollout plans for new system-led operational protocols
  • Develop sales enablement tools and collateral to support complex contractual conversations and customer optimization strategies
  • Develop predictive models to identify growth opportunities and mitigate contract risks prior to renewals
  • Lead initiatives to scale enterprise agreement structures across global regions and business entities
  • Define adoption strategies for advanced service offerings across existing customer environments
  • Standardize lifecycle, consumption, and health metrics within Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

Seeking an Enterprise GTM Strategy & Operations Lead to drive automation, digital transformation, and lifecycle governance initiatives supporting complex enterprise customer environments.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience balancing operational execution with long-term customer relationship management
  • Strong experience in Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations
  • Master's Degree required
  • Advanced experience with SQL and large dataset analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience developing automated workflows, system-led processes, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience with AI, automation tools, and rapid prototyping of operational assets or notification systems
  • Global operations experience
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing enterprise-level operational or contract management processes
  • Strong communication and change management skills
  • Experience developing reporting frameworks, dashboards, and audit processes
  • Ability to manage large-scale organizational and process transformation initiatives
  • Experience supporting Sales enablement and operational strategy initiatives

Automation & Digital Transformation Expertise

  • Seeking an Enterprise GTM Strategy & Operations Lead to drive automation, digital transformation, and lifecycle governance initiatives supporting complex enterprise customer environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting enterprise software, hardware, or security services environments
  • Experience with global agreement structures and enterprise-scale customer programs
  • Experience implementing predictive analytics or lifecycle management strategies
  • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives across regional or global organizations
