Position Summary

We’re seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to build and optimize paid media campaigns that deliver high-quality leads for our clients. This role requires strategic thinking, strong data analysis skills, and hands-on Google Ads experience. You’ll work closely with SEO, content, and client teams to execute paid strategies that align with broader marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Design and execute effective Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Local Services Ads).
  • Tailor ad types and messaging to each client’s industry and goals.
  • Continuously test creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve performance.

Budget Management & ROI Optimization

  • Allocate campaign budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitor and optimize key metrics including CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Identify and reduce wasted spend.

Data-Driven Performance Analysis

  • Conduct deep performance analysis using Google Ads, GA4, and internal dashboards.
  • Implement A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and targeting segments.
  • Prepare clear, actionable performance reports for clients and internal teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with SEO and content teams to align paid and organic efforts.
  • Recommend and support landing page changes to improve conversion rate.
  • Help build scalable frameworks for campaign launches and audits.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads accounts, including Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Local Services Ads (LSAs).
  • Proven track record of improving CPL, ROAS, and lead quality.
  • Strong understanding of keyword targeting, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and budget pacing.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Looker Studio or similar reporting tools.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in translating data insights into business recommendations.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and available during standard US business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
  • Familiarity with lead generation strategies for small service-based businesses.
  • Experience using Airtable or Notion for campaign tracking is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)
  • Fully remote work with flexible scheduling
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Professional development support
