Job description
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our U.S. marketing team. In this part-time role, you will help elevate the brand by creating visually compelling, high-performing digital assets that drive engagement and conversion across Meta and other digital platforms.
You will collaborate closely with our brand and DTC marketing teams to design creative that connects with consumers and supports ongoing campaign objectives. This role blends strategic insight with hands-on execution, ideal for a designer who understands both the art and science of performance-driven design.
What You’ll Do
- Conceptualize, design, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad creative that captures attention and drives measurable results.
- Translate campaign goals and performance insights into visually impactful creative strategies.
- Develop static and motion-based assets for paid social, email, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive and effective creative on time.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative touchpoints while testing new visual approaches to improve performance.
- Use performance data to iterate and refine creative concepts for volume and efficiency.
- Support brand and DTC teams on additional design projects as needed.
What You’ll Bring
- 2 or 4 year degree in Visual, Web, or Graphic Design (or related field).
- 2+ years of experience in digital or brand design, with a strong focus on paid social and performance creative.
- Proven understanding of Meta ad design best practices, including short-form video, dynamic creative, and conversion-oriented visuals.
- Familiarity with Celtra or other ad automation / dynamic creative optimization (DCO) platforms.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD, InDesign, etc.).
- Ability to interpret data and feedback to continually improve creative performance.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to share concepts clearly and accept feedback constructively.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating experience with performance-oriented digital design is required.
