Job description
Our Client is looking for a Growth Marketer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a marketer who enjoys variety and takes pride in execution. You’ll own key initiatives across tradeshows, partner marketing, sales enablement, and content, working closely with sales, partnerships, and leadership to drive awareness, credibility, and pipeline support.
You’ll be trusted to run with projects end-to-end, stay organized, and keep things moving in a fast-growing, scrappy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Tradeshows & Events
- Own end-to-end execution of industry events and tradeshows
- Manage logistics including booth planning, shipping, vendors, timelines, and on-site coordination
- Develop and organize event collateral, swag, signage, and follow-up materials
Partnerships & Co-Marketing
- Support and help lead partner marketing initiatives, including joint campaigns, webinars, content, and announcements
- Help activate partnerships through thoughtful, well-executed marketing touchpoints
Sales Enablement & GTM Support
- Create and maintain sales materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, proposals, case studies, and presentations
- Support go-to-market launches and internal communication around new offerings
Content & Brand Presence
- Help run our content engine, including:
- LinkedIn posts and light social management
- Blog posts and thought leadership content
- Partner highlights and testimonials
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of marketing experience including content creation
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Experience in Canva or other design tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
- Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and leadership
- Experience managing partnerships
We care more about curiosity, execution, and work ethic than deep industry experience. If you’re eager to learn, take ownership, and grow alongside the business, this role offers meaningful exposure and responsibility.
