Job description

About Us:

We are a provider of virtual behavioral therapy for the 27 million youth in need of care. Our platform connects families with pediatric/youth therapists to provide care for children, teens and young adults with a range of conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, as well as other personal challenges and experiences.

We are a fast-growing company with a vision of providing more effective and more accessible care for every child, teen and young adult in need. Our network of specialist providers help children, teens and young adults learn new behaviors and healthy coping strategies to reach life-changing milestones faster and build life-long skills and resilience for a brighter future.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Growth Partnerships Manager to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. This role is ideal for a dedicated mom who understands the unique challenges and needs of families. Your insights and experiences as a mother will be invaluable in establishing and nurturing referral relationships within the community, where the need for therapy arises - including pediatric doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, school counselors and through word-of-mouth networks. The hybrid element of this role pertains to remote work combined with community-based travel and outreach. Working out of a physical office location is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and strengthen referral relationships with schools, pediatric providers, and other community organizations.
  2. Drive our referral and admissions pipeline by conducting outreach via email, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
  3. Leverage your unique perspective as a mother to connect with other parents, educators, and community leaders, effectively communicating the value of our services.
  4. Act as an ambassador, promoting our mission and services within your local community.
  5. Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless communication and a strong referral pipeline.
  6. Serve as the primary liaison between our company and referral partners, gathering feedback on their needs and preferences to enhance our therapy services and identify opportunities for expanding our offerings

Qualifications:

  1. Outcome-driven, passionate individual who is energized by growth goals and opportunity to bring our care to children and families in needs
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for community engagement.
  3. Experience in sales, community outreach, or building referral networks, preferably within the healthcare or educational sectors.
  4. Understanding of the challenges faced by families and children, with the ability to empathize and connect on a personal level.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time, contract capacity.

Why This Role is Perfect for You:

As a mother, you bring a unique perspective and approach that resonates with other parents and community members. Your experience, empathy, and understanding will be instrumental in building trust and fostering relationships that are key to our success. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to balance your professional and personal commitments while making a meaningful impact in your community.

Compensation:

Hourly rate ranges from $20-40 inclusive of incentive-based compensation.

All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be legally authorized to work in the United States and are required to have U.S. residency at the time of application.
