Job description

Please only apply if you have previous experience working directly with investors related to high net worth families and venture capital firms.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Investor Relations to lead our efforts in expanding our network with High Net Worth family offices and Venture Capital firms. This is a 100% remote position. Significant incentives included in compensation. A strong network within one, or both, of the aforementioned networks is mandatory. The position is open to individuals who are seeking either full-time or contract-type, part-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Business Development Strategy: Drive the development and execution of a comprehensive business development strategy focused on targeting high net worth investment firms and venture capital firms.
  2. Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target networks, including executives, investors, and other stakeholders.
  3. Identify Opportunities: Continuously develop new relationships with High Net Worth family offices and Venture Capital firms.
  4. Lead Sales Initiatives: Lead all aspects of sales process. Maintain Salesforce database of the networks.
  5. Articulate the Strategy: Clearly articulate to the targeted networks what our firm does and nurture the network.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, investor relations or related roles within the high net worth investment and/or venture capital sectors.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and securing partnerships with high net worth individuals, investment firms, and/or venture capital firms.
  • Strong network of contacts within the target market, with a demonstrated ability to leverage these relationships to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends within the high net worth investment and venture capital sectors.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving impact and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and collaborate effectively with a geographically dispersed team.
Compensation:
  • Competitive Salary ($100,000 - $200,000) and performance based incentive bonus
  • 100% Remote work arrangement
