Job Overview: We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who has a proven ability to deliver measurable results in customer acquisition. This person will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and ultimately driving enrollment growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building brands, executing high-performing marketing campaigns, and directly contributing to customer growth. Responsibilities:
- Drive customer acquisition: Develop and execute marketing strategies that lead directly to increased enrollments and inquiries from prospective families.
- Create conversion-focused content: Develop compelling and authentic content (videos, social media posts, emails) that tells the story and speaks directly to parents' desires to see their teens grow, build confidence, and succeed.
- Manage digital marketing efforts: Oversee paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and organic growth strategies, ensuring they are optimized for lead generation and measurable ROI.
- Analyze and optimize performance: Regularly track and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts using KPIs to ensure consistent, data-driven improvements that lead to increased customer acquisition.
- Own the lead funnel: Manage and optimize the customer journey from initial awareness to conversion, ensuring smooth transitions and nurturing leads throughout the process.
- Refine and iterate strategies: Continuously test and iterate on marketing tactics to improve performance and drive higher quality leads to the sales funnel.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience delivering tangible results in customer acquisition and revenue growth through marketing strategies.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize the performance of campaigns to consistently deliver more customers.
- Experience in driving conversions through digital marketing efforts, including paid ads, social media, email marketing, and SEO.
- A portfolio of successful campaigns that have driven real, measurable growth, with examples of how you’ve contributed to the acquisition of new customers (or program enrollees).
- Ability to create content that speaks directly to parents, with a strong focus on storytelling that emphasizes transformation, growth, and independence for teens.
- Expertise in lead generation strategies, understanding how to bring potential customers into the funnel and convert them into loyal enrollees.
- A deep understanding of our target audience (parents of teens seeking transformative educational experiences) and how to engage them effectively through multiple channels.
What We’re Not Looking For:
- Applicants who cannot demonstrate a clear track record of customer acquisition and revenue-driving campaigns.
- Candidates without measurable experience in driving growth through digital marketing channels (e.g., paid ads, SEO, social media).
- Those without a proven ability to create content that leads to real, quantifiable results in customer engagement and conversions.
