As the Head of Sales, you’ll be responsible for accelerating The Mom Project’s growth and expansion with customers and leading our sales efforts across the organization. You’ll drive strategy and vision for the sales team as we scale rapidly through 2020 and beyond.

What You’ll Do:
Drive the go-to-market strategy and execution for the sales organization
Lead teams with humility, compassion, and high structure across three distinct customer segments to achieve extraordinary results
Hire and develop the next generations of sales contributors and leaders
Serve as a key partner to the Marketing, Product, Design, Finance, Engineering and Operations teams to deliver the best possible experience for our customers
Play a decisive role in how we improve and develop our customers offerings so we can continue to grow with our customers in new, valuable, and differentiated ways
Participate in executive planning sessions, investor & high-profile customer meetings, industry and/or media events on behalf of The Mom Project

Who You Are:
Proven experience scaling and managing large teams (20+) in a startup / high growth environment (ARR of $20M-$100M)
5+ years in Sales Leadership (VP, SVP, Head of, CSO/CRO) with a focus on building, hiring and leading high performance teams in B2B Enterprise SaaS, HR Tech a plus
Ability to implement and improve sales operations, processes and KPIs
Tenacious, cross-functional people leader with the ability to inspire and guide teams to deliver through compassion and accountability
Highly capable of navigating complex enterprise level organizations to drive strategic
relationships
