Job description

Our Customer is a consumer financial services company headquartered in Connecticut. The company offers consumer financing products, including credit, promotional financing and loyalty programs, installment lending to industries, and FDIC-insured consumer savings products through the consumer bank, its wholly owned online bank subsidiary.


We are seeking a Healthcare Marketing Manager on a contract basis to support our Customer’s ongoing business needs. This role is 100% remote, with a slight preference for candidates in EST/CST.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage execution and trafficking of omni-channel marketing and communications campaigns, with a digital-first focus across email, paid digital/search, social, and direct mail
  • Execute and traffic client marketing campaigns and deliverables to support B2B2C initiatives, consumer application volume, and business objectives
  • Edit and proof marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and grammatical correctness
  • Support project management for strategic initiatives, including project timelines, roadmaps, PowerPoint presentations, and execution of deliverables
  • Manage execution and trafficking of additional marketing programs, including legal approvals, stakeholder approvals, media buying, content development, sales support, collateral, and enrollment marketing
  • Oversee departmental budget activities, including vendor relations, invoice entry, project estimates, forecasting, PO submissions, and financial reporting in collaboration with Finance
  • Create and edit PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and internal reviews, demonstrating strong visual design understanding
  • Coordinate internal cross-functional workstream meetings, including scheduling, agendas, follow-ups, and project plan tracking; manage logistics for onsite and offsite meetings
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors (advertising, printing, mail houses) to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Perform other duties and support special projects as assigned


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 7 years of marketing or client agency experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing or communications experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience on digital/social media platforms or with project management tools such as Workfront
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience managing expense budgets and forecasting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and external partners

  • Positive team player with high energy and flexibility to adapt in fast-paced environments
  • Agency account coordination or management experience
  • Digital-first mindset with hands-on experience in email, paid digital, and social marketing
  • Strong visual design skills for marketing assets and presentations
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
