Job description

Our Customer is a consumer financial services company headquartered in Connecticut. The company offers consumer financing products, including credit, promotional financing and loyalty programs, installment lending to industries, and FDIC-insured consumer savings products through the consumer bank, its wholly owned online bank subsidiary.


We are seeking a Healthcare Marketing Manager on a contract basis to support our customer’s ongoing business needs. This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute omnichannel marketing and communications campaigns with a digital-first mindset
  • Traffic multiple campaigns across channels including email, paid digital/search, social, and direct mail while balancing competing timelines and priorities
  • Build and maintain campaign calendars and ensure campaigns align to budgets and delivery goals
  • Manage campaign administration tasks including project entry in campaign management tools, data entry, and status tracking
  • Execute and traffic client marketing deliverables supporting B2B2C initiatives, consumer application volume growth, and other business objectives
  • Communicate directly with clients and internal stakeholders with minimal supervision to ensure timely delivery of campaign outputs
  • Edit and proof marketing materials to ensure grammatical accuracy and quality standards
  • Support strategic marketing initiatives by managing project timelines, roadmaps, and deliverables
  • Coordinate approvals and workflows including legal reviews, stakeholder approvals, media buying coordination, and content development
  • Support sales enablement needs including sales materials, collateral, and enrollment marketing assets
  • Manage departmental marketing budget including forecasting, tracking spend, managing invoices, and submitting purchase orders
  • Maintain vendor relationships and ensure spend aligns to finance policies and budget guidelines
  • Create and edit executive-ready PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and internal reviews
  • Coordinate internal workstreams and meetings including scheduling, agendas, follow-ups, logistics, and project trackers
  • Manage external agency and vendor execution including advertising, printing, and mail house partners to ensure timelines and budgets are met
  • Support additional duties and special projects as assigned


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required or 7+ years of relevant marketing or client agency experience in lieu of degree
  • 3+ years of marketing or communications experience
  • 2+ years of experience working with digital/social media platforms and/or marketing project management tools such as Workfront
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows and asset development processes
  • High attention to detail with strong editing and proofreading capabilities
  • Digital-first mindset with experience supporting digital marketing channels including email, paid digital/search, and social
  • Strong Excel skills with experience managing budgets, forecasting, invoice tracking, and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong visual design skills with ability to create polished presentations and marketing materials
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interface with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Experience managing external agencies and vendors preferred
  • Agency coordination or account management experience preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
