Position: Business Development Director/Healthcare Marketer

Location: Pasadena, CA (Los Angeles)

Compensation: $20/hour with commission opportunities

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented Business Development Director/Healthcare Marketer to join our esteemed team in Pasadena. The ideal candidate will possess prior marketing experience within Skilled Nursing, Hospital, and/or Home Health settings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with local hospitals and physicians to facilitate patient referrals.
• Conduct regular visits to local acute care hospitals, physician offices, and other relevant locations within the market area.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and personnel to ensure exceptional care and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record in business development or marketing within the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel within the local area as needed.
