Job description
We are a home concierge company, who facilitates home watch for second homeowners and AirBnB clients. We are looking for candidates with diverse experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Administrative Tasks:
- Answering the phone
- Coordinating home visits
- Executing on those tasks
- On-site Tasks:
- Home walkthroughs
- Arranging welcome baskets
- Bringing trash cans in/out
- Facilitating home service providers
- Occasional animal care, and more.
This role requires a few visits a week to houses around Phoenix/Scottsdale/Tempe, and requires strong organizational, customer service and communication skills to be successful.
No major technical background required, but some ability to adapt to new softwares is needed.
