Job description

We are seeking an HR Business Partner on a contract basis to help support dynamic teams by providing strategic HR guidance and operational support. This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to deliver HR solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and employees.
  • Advise on workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations matters.
  • Support the rollout and implementation of HR programs, processes, and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable U.S. employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR best practices and support organizational effectiveness.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of HR experience, ideally within large or fast-paced technology-driven organizations.
  • Proven success as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and contingent workforce regulations.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Coaching, performance management, and organizational design experience
  • Influencing skills
  • Stakeholder management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fully remote environment.
