We are seeking an HR Business Partner on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is remote in EST. Support for Mid-Atlantic Region / Candidates in Pittsburgh & Philadelphia are highly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Serves as a key HR partner to a regional operations team
- Provides daily HR support while helping scale people strategy
- Works closely with General Managers, Operations Managers, Site Managers, and frontline employees
- Collaborates with centers of expertise across employee relations, recruiting, compensation and benefits, legal, culture and belonging, and people operations
- Reports to a Senior Manager in the HRBP organization
- Build and implement people strategies in a fast-growing operational environment
- Serve as a voice for employees and leaders to support a positive and compliant employee experience
- Coach leaders on topics such as team structure, talent retention, performance management, compensation, and development
- Analyze HR and business data to identify trends and drive scalable solutions
- Guide leadership through performance cycles, compensation reviews, and talent programs
- Develop and enforce HR policies appropriate to the local market
- Represent employee needs while supporting organizational goals
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of HR or People experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-performance cultures
- Background in supporting high-volume, customer-facing teams such as retail, logistics, hospitality, or manufacturing
- Skilled at coaching leaders through core HR processes and programs
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently and make sound, strategic decisions
- Proficient in interpreting and using people data to drive action
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build trust and collaborate with cross-functional HR teams
