By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling our mission to grow and empower local economies.


Our Customer is seeking a Global Mobility & Immigration (GMI) HR Coordinator on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Draft assignment letters, business invitation letters, and letters of support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing guidance on immigration processes, policies, and timelines
  • Support and maintain the recruiting portion of the Green Card process
  • Communicate reimbursement policies and processes to employees
  • Assist with onboarding reports and the collection of work authorization documents
  • Create and format training guides, process documentation, and workflows
  • Facilitate file transfers between internal teams and external vendors
  • Conduct routine audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Respond to employee inquiries and ensure adherence to departmental policies and procedures
  • Support special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional environment
  • Exposure to Global Mobility or Immigration processes preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn and improve processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting immigration or global mobility programs
  • Experience working with vendors or external partners
  • Experience creating process documentation or training materials
