Job description
Our client, a consulting firm specializing in Payroll Managed Services, HR Operations, HRIS Support, and Human Capital Consulting for growing organizations, is seeking a HR & Payroll Coordinator to join their team!
This role is 100% remote, working 35-40 hours per week.
Our client simplifies payroll processes by handling data entry, processing, variance analysis, and balancing using existing systems and policies. Their HR operations and HRIS support services include onboarding, time tracking, offboarding, and system maintenance. Additionally, they provide tailored HR strategy consulting, workforce planning, and transaction-related HR advisory services. They are the trusted partner for companies seeking expert support in optimizing payroll, HR systems, and strategic human capital initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule using our client’s HRIS/payroll system.
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate employee records in client’s HRIS/payroll system, including new hire data entry, status changes, and terminations.
- Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits eligibility, and HR procedures.
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise; Collaborate with company and Client resources to identify and resolve HR operational and payroll issues.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing, HR administration, or a related function.
- Comfortable working with clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling sensitive numerical data.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential employee information with integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HR and Payroll applications such as UKG Pro, Dayforce, or ADP
- Familiarity with reporting utilities and tools
