Recruiter: ?Provide recruitment support for a team of recruiters including scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating in-person, phone, and video conference interviews. ?Maintain excellent data integrity and timely data entry in the applicant tracking system. ?Post jobs on internal and external job boards. ?Arrange domestic and international travel for candidates. ?Offer proposals and approvals, as well as generating offer sign off memos, offer letters and offer documents for all new hires. HR Generalist: ?Provide support to the HR Business Partner for Global Marketing & Communications organization in the areas of talent acquisition, management coaching, performance management, time and attendance, and other special projects. ?Prepare various H.R. reports (ad hoc and regularly scheduled) from various HR systems or resources, analyzes data, and prepares summary quantitative and qualitative analyses for dissemination ?Manages sensitive and confidential employee relations matters, organizational changes, planning, and protecting the security of information. ?Conducts research, gathering data and information, in analyzing statistical information for report generation. ?Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing. HRIS Analyst: ?Translate business objectives and user needs into clearly written technical requirements ?Evaluate HR systems to identify points of improvement, support critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the HRIS ?IT project management experience to implement improvements ?Partner with internal stakeholders to develop technology solutions that help to streamline and automate (new) HR processes ?Implement process improvements and policy changes designed to improve efficiency and the user experience with the system HR Manager: ?Benefits: Lead annual benefits renewal process. ADA, EEOC, ACA, etc. HR Director: ?Providing expertise and guidance in all areas of organization support, including: HR & business strategy alignment, organization design, workforce planning, culture and change management, leadership development and coaching, pipeline development, and succession planning. ?Partner with the business leaders to develop, execute and directly deliver both long-term and short-term HR strategies that directly support and enable business objectives. ?Partner with business leaders to develop and embed a supportive and mission-aligned organizational culture and leverage change management techniques to assist in driving function- and organization-wide change. ?Build organizational capabilities and partner with clients to maximize team performance. ?Provide timely, effective and direct coaching and support to business leaders, assisting in the development of strong, best-in-class leadership skills.
