About Us:
We are looking for a HubSpot Consulting Team Lead to join our team! You will be leading a team and have support from consultants on projects, as well as technical leaders internally. As a HubSpot Consulting Team Lead, you will manage our client engagements ranging from implementation, integration, extensibility, and advisory on the HubSpot platform. This role is client-facing and requires strong technical, project management, and delegation skills to be successful. Professional Services experience is required, ideally within the HubSpot ecosystem. If you’ve been in a similar role for a while and looking for a change, we would love to speak with you!
Responsibilities:

Project Delivery: Define strategy and oversee deployment of HubSpot solutions, including integrations, migrations, data modeling, and custom development. Your role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Client Engagement: Act as the ultimate point of contact for our clients, guiding them through complex HubSpot implementations and platform enhancements. You will be expected to maintain a client-facing role, managing expectations and ensuring outstanding service delivery.

Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a team of HubSpot consultants within a pod structure. This model emphasizes collaboration and innovation within a defined process, providing you with the autonomy to drive your team towards excellence.

Solution Architecture: Utilize your advanced knowledge of HubSpot to architect end-to-end solutions that meet our clients' unique business needs. This involves everything from data modeling and workflow setup, to custom API integrations.
A Day in this Role

Lead client discovery calls to gather implementation requirements and objectives

Architect scalable solutions to client problems and design business processes to meet their objectives and maximize their return on investment with HubSpot

Implement technical solutions for enterprise clients such as: data migrations, systems integration, platform extensibility and full scale digital transformation

Facilitate daily sprints with your team, ensuring alignment and progress against project tasking while remaining within budget adherence

Coach, mentor and support your team members as opportunities arise

Present complex technical solutions to clients in easy-to-understand formats

Spec and delegate work to team and support them with deliverables as-necessary

The expectation for this role is 50% billable, 50% people management/administration
Qualifications:
-
Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in managing project delivery teams in a consulting or tech environment.

Prior experience with HubSpot platform implementations is required.

Prior experience with tracking billable time to client projects is required.

Technical Skills:

Expert proficiency in HubSpot Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations Hubs

Comfortable with data architecture, process mapping, data integration

Strong understanding of data migration, mapping procedures, and third-party app integration

Certifications: HubSpot certifications are highly desirable, or the ability to demonstrate a similar level of expertise.

Leadership Skills: Proven track record in team management and the ability to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
