About the Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, consumer-focused Hubspot CRM Specialist with a growth mindset, success focus, attention to detail, and exceptional work ethic to join our team in a part-time, contract role, that can move to full-time employment.

As a detail-oriented, hands-on, consumer-focused, HubSpot Specialist, you will have a critical role in optimizing our revenue generation processes and supporting Marketing & Sales by implementing HubSpot marketing support activities, including advising on pushing leads down the funnel to closed/won and managing leakages. You will create and provide valuable insights through reporting and analytics. You will not be given a clear map to the solution, so you will need to execute and think strategically in order to navigate toward a successful end goal.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide HubSpot support and optimization to marketing, on all campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and automation workflows with a critical focus on pushing net new leads through the funnel to conversion and closed/won business.
  • Develop and implement lead-scoring models and strategies to identify high-quality leads for sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create landing pages, forms, and CTAs that drive conversion.
  • Create, monitor, and analyze campaign performance reports. Provide actionable insights to the marketing and sales teams to drive decision-making and strategy.
  • Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics using HubSpot and other relevant tools for weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue optimization.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations for easy access to key performance indicators.
  • Streamline workflows and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure accuracy and documentation of all CRM processes, records, and materials
  • Train other team members on Hubspot use, protocols, and reports based on their job needs.
  • Ensure all security and regulatory protocols are in place for customer records and information.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Significant experience as a Consumer-Oriented HubSpot Specialist, particularly with the Marketing & Sales platform with a track record of demonstrable results. Project management experience is a plus.
  • An understanding of all aspects of HubSpot configuration and technical/functional capabilities for Consumer-Focused sales. Preferred Hubspot Certifications: Inbound, Inbound Sales, Inbound Marketing, Email Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Inbound Sales.
  • Hands-on experience and proficiency with sales tools and integrations ( e.g. Slack, Squarespace, Pandadoc) as both a user and administrator.
  • Analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills,
  • Curiosity & desire to learn new skills and step into unknown challenges.
  • Deliver solutions and workflows to streamline processes as the company continues to grow.
  • Successful experience in a small, fast-paced, growth environment.

Location

  • Company HQ in the San Francisco Bay Area. Open to other metropolitan locations for the right candidate.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
