We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner – Tech/SaaS on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote - PST hours.



Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders by aligning HR strategies with business priorities and organizational goals
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity and employee experience
  • Partner with leadership teams on workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, and change management initiatives
  • Provide coaching and strategic guidance to leaders on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, employee engagement, and compensation review processes
  • Use data and analytics to influence business decisions and support strategic HR initiatives
  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, calibration, and career development planning
  • Manage sensitive employee relations matters with sound judgment and compliance with company policies and employment laws
  • Oversee leave of absence processes, workplace accommodations, and return-to-work planning in partnership with HR operations
  • Lead talent review and succession planning processes, and support retention and career development initiatives
  • Guide leaders through organizational changes with a focus on communication, clarity, and employee experience
  • Partner with internal communications teams to ensure timely and effective employee messaging
  • Promote inclusion, belonging, and a high-performance workplace culture
  • Advocate for employees to support a positive, equitable, and supportive work environment
  • Monitor employee feedback and workforce data to inform HR strategies and organizational improvements
  • Champion employee well-being, recognition, and engagement programs


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner
  • Experience using Workday (required)
  • Experience working within technology or SaaS organizations (required)
  • Experience supporting senior directors and managers on talent strategy, employee relations, performance management, leadership coaching, and compensation review processes
  • Experience working within organizations with 1,000+ employees
  • Experience supporting go-to-market, sales, or revenue-generating business functions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executive leadership and employees at all levels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Ability to build credibility quickly and develop strong working relationships
  • Experience using Google Workspace tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
