Our Customer is seeking a HR Generalist to join their Employee Relations Center of Excellence (COE). This role will focus on handling a wide range of employee relations cases and providing administrative support to the ER COE team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:
Case Management
- Manage and investigate a diverse range of employee relations cases, including performance issues, workplace conflicts, policy violations, and misconduct allegations
- Conduct thorough and impartial investigations, including interviewing relevant parties and gathering evidence
- Analyze findings and recommend appropriate courses of action
- Document case details, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on ER-related matters
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Legal, and other relevant departments to resolve complex cases
- Provide conflict resolution strategies to managers and employees
- Assist the ER COE with various administrative task
- Maintain and update ER databases and tracking systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR, or a related field (internships considered)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to remain neutral and objective in challenging situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required
Preferred:
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification (or working towards certification)
- Experience with HRIS systems
